ICTEST 24 - Student Poster Competition

ICTEST’24 invites undergraduate students to submit abstracts for the Student Poster Competition.

Students are invited to send in ideas or designs for developing projects/products supporting the Key focus areas of ICTEST’24 which include (but are not limited to).

The selected posters will be presented during ICTEST’24 Student Poster Competition.

Poster Session Schedule And Set Up For contestants

Note
1 At least one of the authoring students must be present at the ICTEST’24 Student Poster Competition.
2 The poster session is April 1th and starts at 10:30 am and ends by 4:00 pm.
3 Judging will occur after the session is over and results will be announced by email and posted on the website.

Who Can Participate ?
1. Poster authors must be undergraduate students at the time of submission and may be members of a team comprising of up to four students.
2. At least one student author must be an IEEE student member at the time of the submission of the poster to the Contest.
3. The poster should be fully the work of the student(s) and completed before they have received their respective engineering or scientific degree.

How To Submit ?
To participate in the Competition students should write a 400-500-word description (abstract) of the poster, along with author’s names, respective university and contact details; and submit in PDF in mail id [email protected]
The abstracts will be reviewed and authors notified about the acceptance of their poster by Feb 15 th , 2024.

What Is The Deadline To Submit The Abstract Idea Of Poster ?
The deadline to submit poster abstracts is midnight December 31 st , 2024.

Is There Any Poster Specifications ?
Yes, Posters must be in PDF no larger than 36”x48” if printed and no larger than 10 MB

Is There Any Registration Fees ?
Yes, After the poster is accepted, contestants must register through email. Registration is not required to submit an abstract. (Poster registration is separate from ICTEST’24 and does not cover attendance at ICTEST’24.)
Registration fee is Rs. 2000 per poster (at least one student has to be an IEEE student member).
Additional students may participate as the audience for no additional fee.
