Here are some of the frequently asked questions
IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) follows strict guidelines to prevent plagiarism in its international conferences Click Here More Details.
1. Originality Check: Authors are required to submit original work that has not been published
elsewhere. IEEE conferences often employ plagiarism detection software to identify any
instances of content duplication.
2. Citation and Attribution: Proper citation and attribution are essential. Authors must give credit
to all original sources and ideas that have influenced their work. Direct quotes and paraphrased

instructed to check for any signs of plagiarism and report any concerns to the conference
organizers.
7. Publication Ethics: Authors should comply with the publication ethics guidelines set forth by
IEEE. This includes ensuring that all co-authors have contributed significantly to the research

Indexing Partners
One of the prominent indexing partners of IEEE is the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. This
comprehensive online repository is a premier resource for accessing IEEE's journals, conference
proceedings, standards, and technical papers. IEEE Xplore offers advanced search capabilities,
enabling users to explore and retrieve relevant content from a vast collection of scholarly
articles.
Additionally, IEEE collaborates with indexing partners such as Scopus, Web of Science
(Clarivate Analytics), Google Scholar, and PubMed. These indexing services provide broad
coverage across multiple disciplines, allowing researchers to discover and cite IEEE publications
in their respective fields of study. Inclusion in these prestigious indexes enhances the visibility,
credibility, and impact of IEEE research.
Publication Partners
IEEE, the prestigious organization dedicated to advancing technology, collaborates with a wide range of publication partners to disseminate its scholarly publications. Prominent publication partners of IEEE include Springer, Wiley, Elsevier, Taylor & Francis, and the ACM Digital Library. These partnerships allow IEEE to extend the reach of its research output and make it accessible to a broader audience. IEEE works closely with these publishers to ensure the highest standards of quality and integrity in its publications. Through its publication partners, IEEE journals, conference proceedings, and other scholarly content gain greater visibility and impact in the scientific community. These collaborations also facilitate interdisciplinary research collaborations and knowledge exchange among researchers and practitioners. Publication partners play a crucial role in archiving and preserving the valuable research presented at IEEE conferences, making it accessible to researchers for future reference. By partnering with renowned publishers, IEEE ensures that its publications are widely available through various academic platforms and libraries. These partnerships enable researchers, academics, and professionals from around the world to access and cite IEEE's cutting-edge research findings. Overall, the publication partners of IEEE contribute significantly to the organization's mission of advancing technology and promoting global innovation through the dissemination of high- quality scholarly publications.
Authors are invited to submit full-length original, unpublished papers in IEEE proceedings format, along with an abstract of at most 250 words and a maximum of five keywords. The papers are limited to six (6) pages, without incurring extra page charges. The paper may be extended to eight (8) pages. In such a case, extra page charges Rs. 500 per page will be applied. To enable blind review, the author list should be omitted from the main document. Previously published papers or papers currently under review for other conferences/journals should NOT be submitted and will not be considered. We will follow the plagiarism policy of IEEE.
Authors are strongly encouraged to use the latest templates for typesetting as provided on the IEEE Website.
All submitted papers will be subjected to a "similarity test". Papers achieving a high similarity score will be examined and those that are deemed unacceptable will be rejected without a formal review.
Every accepted paper MUST have at least one author registered to the conference by the time the camera-ready paper is submitted; and at least one of the authors is also expected to attend the conference and present the paper. Papers not presented at the conference will not be included in the final program or in the digital proceedings. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. The manuscript as a single PDF is to be submitted online through Easychair. Authors of the accepted papers will be informed by email.
